QUICK LESSONS:
Properly position your body while praying .
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of proper prostration during prayer. The Prophet Muhammad was commanded by Allah to prostrate himself on seven bones in his body - two hands, two knees and his forehead - and not to fold back any clothing or hair that may be covering these parts. This teaches us that when we pray we should make sure our bodies are properly positioned so that our prayers can be accepted by Allah. We should also make sure that nothing is blocking our prostration such as clothing or hair.
