Appreciate what you have been given no matter how small or insignificant it may seem at first glance . Put in effort to make use of difficult things .

This hadith is about the value of hard work. It was narrated by Abu Huraira that once the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ distributed dates among his companions and gave each one seven dates, including himself. Among those dates, there was a dry and hard date which none of them liked more than Abu Huraira because it prolonged his chewing. This hadith teaches us that even if something is difficult or not as enjoyable as other things, we should still put in effort to make use of it since it can be beneficial in some way or another. We should also appreciate what we have been given no matter how small or insignificant it may seem at first glance since Allah knows best what is good for us.
