QUICK LESSONS:
Perform Ruku & Sajdah correctly during prayers & recite Umm Al Qur'an regularly .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of reciting the Umm Al Qur’an and performing ruku and sajda. It is narrated by Yahya from Malik from Abu Hurayra who said that whoever catches the ruku has caught the sajda and whoever misses out on reciting the umm Al Qur’an has missed much good. Ruku is a position in prayer where one bows down with hands on knees while saying “Subhana Rabbiyal Azeem” three times. Sajdah is a position in prayer where one prostrates with forehead touching ground while saying “Subhana Rabbiyal Aalaa” three times. The umm Al Qur’an refers to verses at beginning or end of each sura in Quran which are usually longer than other verses. These verses are important as they contain many lessons for us to learn about our faith, beliefs, values etc., so it is important to recite them regularly during prayers or otherwise as well.
