Be mindful , Be aware , Make use of your time efficiently .

This hadith explains that when the sun passes its highest point in the sky, it is known as Duluk ash-shams. This time marks a specific moment in a day and it is important to note this time for various reasons such as prayer times or other activities. The hadith was narrated by Yahya, Malik, Nafi and Abdullah ibn Umar who were all companions of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. It teaches us to be mindful of our daily activities and to be aware of our surroundings so we can make use of our time efficiently.
