The Responsibility of Being Consulted

SUMMARY: It is important to take responsibility for the advice given and be trustworthy when consulted.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: "One who is consulted is entrusted".
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ ـ ‏ "‏ الْمُسْتَشَارُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ
