EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks to the importance of being grateful for what one has. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Prophet said that a person who is thankful and appreciative of their blessings is equal in reward to a person who fasts patiently. This means that even if someone cannot fast due to health reasons or other circumstances, they can still be rewarded by being thankful and appreciative for all the blessings they have been given. This hadith teaches us to be mindful of our blessings and express gratitude for them in order to receive rewards from Allah.
