Making Up Missed Prayers

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ missed two Rakah before Fajr, so he made them up after the sun had risen.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet slept and missed the two Rak’ah before Fajr, so he made them up after the sun had risen.

QUICK LESSONS:
Do not give up on your prayers no matter what happens; make sure to do them even if you have to make them up later; be sincere in your repentance; try to do better in future
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer and how it should be done even if one has missed it. It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet slept and missed two Rakah before Fajr, which is a part of prayer. However, instead of giving up on his prayers, he made them up after the sun had risen. This shows us that we should never give up on our prayers no matter what happens and make sure to do them even if we have to make them up later. We should also remember that Allah will always forgive us for our mistakes as long as we are sincere in our repentance and try to do better in future.
