EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by 'Aishah tells us about how the Prophet Muhammad used to pray. He would bow down in prayer with his hands on his knees and arms held away from his sides. This is an important part of the Islamic prayer ritual as it shows humility and submission to Allah. It also serves as a reminder that we should always strive to be humble before God and not take our blessings for granted. Additionally, this hadith teaches us that we should always strive for excellence in our worship of Allah by following the example of His Messenger.

The act of bowing down during prayer is a sign of humility before Allah and it is also a way for us to show our gratitude for all that He has given us. By following the example set by the Prophet Muhammad, we can ensure that our prayers are done properly and with sincerity so that they are accepted by Allah Almighty. Furthermore, this hadith reminds us that even though we may have different ways of expressing ourselves when praying or worshipping God, ultimately what matters most is having faith in Him and striving to do good deeds out of love for Him alone.
