EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of prayer in Islam. It was narrated by Anas bin Malik that they were looking for a way to inform people when it was time for prayer. Then, Bilal was commanded to say the phrases of Adhan twice and the phrases of Iqamah once. Adhan is a call that announces it is time for prayer, while Iqamah is a similar call but with different words that are said after Adhan has been called out. This hadith teaches us about the importance of prayer in Islam as well as how we should go about informing people when it is time to pray. It also shows us how important it is to follow instructions given by those who are knowledgeable in religious matters such as Bilal who was chosen by Allah's Messenger ﷺ himself to make this announcement.
