Be generous and kind when dealing with others; do not take advantage or exploit them; help others without expecting anything back; be fair when making rental agreements .

The hadith narrated by Rafi' bin Khadij explains that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), peace and blessings be upon him, forbade the renting of land for a specific portion of its yield. This means that people should not rent out their land expecting to receive a certain amount or percentage from what is produced on it. Instead, they should rent out their land in exchange for money. This hadith teaches us that we should not expect something in return when we are helping someone else; instead, we should do so with an open heart and without expecting anything back.
