Sahih al-Bukhari 2542 (Book 49, Hadith 25) #2432
The Prohibition of Coitus Interruptus

SUMMARY: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited the practice of coitus interruptus and stated that no soul, which Allah has destined to exist, will be prevented from coming into existence.

Narrated Ibn Muhairiz: I saw Abu Sa'id and asked him about coitus interruptus. Abu Sa'id said, "We went with Allah's Apostle, in the Ghazwa of Bani Al-Mustaliq and we captured some of the 'Arabs as captives, and the long separation from our wives was pressing us hard and we wanted to practice coitus interruptus. We asked Allah's Messenger (whether it was permissible). He said, "It is better for you not to do so. No soul, (that which Allah has) destined to exist, up to the Day of Resurrection, but will definitely come, into existence".

QUICK LESSONS:
Accept your responsibilities with faith in God’s plan for you and trust that He will provide for you if you do so .

EXPLANATIONS:
In this hadith, narrated by Ibn Muhairiz, it is mentioned that the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) prohibited the practice of coitus interruptus. This is a form of contraception in which a man withdraws his penis from his partner's vagina before ejaculation. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) stated that no soul, which Allah has destined to exist up until the Day of Resurrection, will be prevented from coming into existence. This hadith teaches us about destiny and how it is predetermined by Allah and cannot be changed or altered by any means. It also teaches us about responsibility and how we should not try to avoid our responsibilities as parents or guardians by using methods such as coitus interruptus. We should instead accept our responsibilities with faith in God’s plan for us and trust that He will provide for us if we do so.
