Making Nabidh in Stone Vessels

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) forbade certain containers for making Nabidh and if he could not find a water-skin, it would be made in a small vessel of stone.

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's instructions on how to make Nabidh, which is an alcoholic beverage made from dates or raisins. He forbade using certain containers such as Al-Muzaffat jars, Ad-Dubba', and An-Naqir for making this drink. If he could not find a water skin to use, then it would be made in a small vessel of stone instead. This hadith teaches us that we should follow the instructions of the Prophet Muhammad and obey his commands even if they seem strange or difficult at first.
