Wearing Gold Rings in the Presence of the Prophet [SAW]

SUMMARY: The Prophet [SAW] saw a man wearing a gold ring.

Abu Idris Al-Khawlani narrated that: A man, among those who met the Prophet SAW, wore a gold ring. A similar report.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيُّ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِمَّنْ أَدْرَكَ النَّبِيَّ لَبِسَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَحَدِيثُ يُونُسَ أَوْلَى بِالصَّوَابِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ النُّعْمَانِ
