The Prophet's Warning Against Wearing Gold Rings

SUMMARY: The Prophet saw a man wearing a gold ring and hit him with a stick, then asked if he was hurt or lost money.

It was narrated from Abu Tha'labah Al-Khushani that : The Prophet SAW saw a gold ring on his hand, and he started to smack him with a stick that he had in his hand. When the Prophet SAW looked away, he threw it away. He said: "I think that he hurt you or we made you lose money".
