Give generously without expecting anything in return; Make sure your intentions are pure when giving a gift; Do not expect to take back any gift you give once it has been given away; Be generous with your gifts.

This hadith discusses the unacceptability of giving something on the basis of 'Umra or Ruqba. According to this hadith, whatever is given on that basis belongs to the one it was given to both during their lifetime and after their death. This means that if someone gives a gift or inheritance based off of an 'Umra or Ruqba then they cannot take it back from them even after they have passed away. This teaches us that we should be generous with our gifts and not expect anything in return as we will not be able to take them back once they are gone. We should also be careful when giving gifts as we must make sure that our intentions are pure when doing so.
