QUICK LESSONS:
Take care of yourself and be aware of your limitations when travelling

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that fasting while travelling is not considered as righteousness. This means that when a person is travelling, they are exempt from fasting and can break their fast if they wish to do so. This hadith also teaches us the importance of being mindful of our physical health and wellbeing, especially when we are in unfamiliar places or situations. It reminds us to take care of ourselves and be aware of our limitations, so that we can continue to serve Allah with strength and energy.
