Death of Prophet Muhammad and 'Aishah's Reaction

SUMMARY: The hadith is about the death of Prophet Muhammad and how 'Aishah felt about it.

It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah died while he was between my chest and my chin, and I never disliked the agony of death for anyone after I saw the Messenger of Allah".
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْهَادِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ مَاتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ وَإِنَّهُ لَبَيْنَ حَاقِنَتِي وَذَاقِنَتِي فَلاَ أَكْرَهُ شِدَّةَ الْمَوْتِ لأَحَدٍ أَبَدًا بَعْدَ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates the death of the beloved Messenger of Allah, Muhammad. It was narrated by Aisha that when he died he was between her chest and chin. She expressed her feelings towards his death by saying she never disliked the agony of death for anyone after seeing him in such a state. This hadith teaches us to be patient in times of difficulty and to accept whatever comes our way with patience as this is what Allah has decreed for us. It also teaches us to love our prophet dearly as Aisha did even after his passing away from this world. We should strive to follow his teachings and emulate him in all aspects so that we can be closer to Allah on the Day Of Judgment.
