Follow the teachings of Prophet Muhammad regarding naming children without suggesting any form of piety .

This hadith speaks about the importance of naming children in Islam and the concept of piety. It is narrated by Muhammad b. 'Amr b. 'Ata' and Zainab, daughter of Abu Salama that they had given the name Barra to their daughter but Allah's Messenger forbade them from doing so as it suggested a sense of piety which only God knows who are truly pious among us. He then suggested to name her as Zainab instead, emphasizing that it is not for people to name themselves or their children with names that suggest piety as only God knows who are truly pious among us. This hadith teaches us an important lesson about humility and modesty in our actions; we should not be boastful or prideful about our deeds because ultimately it is up to God alone who will judge whether we are truly pious or not based on our intentions and actions throughout our lives.
