EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the funeral prayer that was offered by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ for a man named An-Najashi. It is narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah, who was present in either the second or third row during this event. This hadith teaches us that it is important to offer prayers and respect to those who have passed away, as it was done by our beloved prophet ﷺ himself. It also shows us how much respect and reverence he had for all people regardless of their faith or background, as he offered a funeral prayer even though An-Najashi was not a Muslim. We should strive to emulate his example in our own lives and show kindness and compassion towards everyone we meet, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds.
