EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of being trustworthy and honest. It was narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah said that betrayal of trust, robbery, and pilfering are wrong actions that should not be done. Betrayal means to break a promise or agreement made with someone else. Robbery means to take something from someone without their permission or consent. Pilfering means to hide something from its rightful owner in order to keep it for oneself without permission or consent. All these actions are wrong according to this hadith as they involve taking away something from another person without their permission or consent which is considered dishonest behavior. The Prophet Muhammad taught us that we should always strive to be honest in our dealings with others so as not to betray their trust in us.
