EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the prohibition of intoxicants and soaking fruits in certain containers. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ forbade the use of intoxicants as they are considered unlawful according to Islamic teachings. He also prohibited the soaking of fruits in five specific containers known as Ad - Dubba’, Al - Muzaffat, An - Naqir, and Al - Hantam. These containers were used to store water for ritual purification purposes but were not suitable for storing food items such as fruits due to their porous nature which could lead to contamination or spoilage. This hadith serves as a reminder that we should be mindful of what we consume and take care not to indulge in activities that are forbidden by Islam.
