QUICK LESSONS:
Respect all living beings ; Be kind & compassionate towards all living things ; Protect environment around you ; Strive for balance between human needs & nature's needs .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that there are certain animals which are prohibited to be killed in the Sanctuary. These animals include crow, kite, scorpion, mouse and rabid dog. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ has taught us that we should not harm these creatures as they have a right to live just like us. We should respect all living beings and take care of them as Allah has created them for a purpose. We should also remember that Allah is watching over us and will reward or punish us according to our deeds.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ also taught us that we should be kind and compassionate towards all living things even if they are small or insignificant. He said “Whoever is kind to the creatures of God is kind to himself” [Sahih Muslim]. This means that by being kind towards other creatures we can gain rewards from Allah and become closer to Him.

We must also remember that it is our responsibility as Muslims to protect the environment around us so that future generations can enjoy its beauty too. We must strive for balance between human needs and nature’s needs so both can coexist peacefully without harming each other’s rights or interests.
