QUICK LESSONS:
Respect all creatures created by Allah ; Take responsibility for one's actions ; Kill only if there is a valid reason such as protecting oneself from harm or danger .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that it is not sinful to kill five kinds of animals, namely the crow, the kite, the mouse, the scorpion and the rabid dog. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that these animals are permissible to be killed as they can cause harm or danger to humans and other creatures. This hadith also teaches us that we should be mindful of our actions and take responsibility for our actions when it comes to killing any animal or creature. We should only do so if there is a valid reason for doing so such as protecting ourselves from harm or danger. We should also remember that all creatures have been created by Allah and we must respect them accordingly.
