Obey Allah's commands at all times; strive to fulfill your obligations towards Him; perform Tawaf during Hajj; exit your state of Ihram when necessary

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's commandment for those who did not have a sacrificial animal with them to exit their state of Ihram after circumambulating the House of Allah. The act of circumabmulating around the Ka'bah is known as Tawaf and it is one of the most important rituals during Hajj. It symbolizes Muslims' unity and submission to God's will.
