QUICK LESSONS:
Keep your promises and fulfill your obligations even if done before accepting Islam .

EXPLANATIONS:
In Islam, it is important to keep one's vows and promises. This is demonstrated in a hadith narrated by Ibn 'Umar, who reported that when the Prophet Muhammad returned from the Battle of Hunain, Umar asked him about a vow he had taken during the days of Ignorance. The Prophet advised him to fulfill his vow as it was made before embracing Islam. This shows that even if something was done before accepting Islam, it should still be honored and kept as long as it does not contradict Islamic teachings. It also teaches us that we should always strive to keep our promises and vows no matter what they are or when they were made.
