Lecture 7: Effects of Spirituality on Mental and Physical Health

This lecture looks at the medical literature, showing the significant positive effects of religion and spirituality on mental health, such as promoting happiness and combating depression and anxiety, and on physical health, such as lowering risks of heart disease and cancer. Correlations are drawn to specific verses in the Quran as well.
