QUICK LESSONS:
Make sure you have made your wishes clear in writing so that your possessions can be distributed according to your wishes after you pass away.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith talks about the importance of making a will. It was narrated on the authority of Hisham and Abu Usama that there was once a woman who did not make any will before her death. A will is an important document that allows people to decide how their possessions should be distributed after they die. Without it, the law decides how things are divided up, which may not be what the person wanted or intended. Therefore, it is important for everyone to make sure they have made their wishes clear in writing so that their possessions can be distributed according to their wishes after they pass away.
