The Power of Prayer on Lailat-ul-Qadr

SUMMARY: Praying on the night of Lailat-ul-Qadr with faith and seeking reward from Allah will result in forgiveness of sins.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle as saying: He who prayed on the Lailat-ul-Qadr (the Majestic Night) knowing that it is (the same night). I (believe) that he (the Prophet also) said: (He who does) it with faith and seeking reward (from Allah), his sins would be forgiven.

QUICK LESSONS:
Pray on the Night of Lailat - ul - Qadr with faith and seeking reward from Allah

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Abu Huraira speaks about the power of prayer on the night known as Lailat-ul-Qadr. This is a special night that occurs during Ramadan, which is a month in which Muslims fast and pray to Allah for blessings. It is believed that this night holds immense power and those who pray on it with faith and seek reward from Allah will have their sins forgiven. This hadith encourages believers to take advantage of this special opportunity to seek forgiveness from Allah for any wrongdoings they may have committed throughout their lives. It also serves as a reminder that no matter how far one has strayed, there is always an opportunity to repent and start anew with a clean slate.
