Sahih Muslim 747 (Book 6, Hadith 174) #8899
Reciting Quran Between Dawn and Noon Prayer

SUMMARY: This hadith explains that if someone has forgotten to recite their portion of the Quran, they can still do so between the dawn prayer and noon prayer and it will be recorded as though they had recited it during the night.

'Umar b. Khattab reported Allah's Messenger as saying: Should anyone fall asleep and fail to recite his portion of the Qur'an, or a part of it, if he recites it between the dawn prayer and the noon prayer, it will be recorded for him as though he had recited it during the night.

QUICK LESSONS:
Read your portion of Qur’an regularly between dawn prayer and noon prayer .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that if a person has forgotten to recite their portion of the Quran, they can still do so between the dawn prayer and noon prayer and it will be recorded as though they had recited it during the night. This is an encouragement for Muslims to make sure that they are regularly reading from the Quran, even if they have missed out on doing so at night. It also shows us how important reading from the Quran is in Islam, as Allah rewards those who read from His book even when done outside of its usual time frame. The lesson here is that we should always strive to read from Allah's book whenever we can, no matter what time of day or night it may be.
