Praying at Home During Rainy Weather

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) advised people to pray in their homes if they do not want to go out in the rain.

Jabir reported: We set cut with the Messenger of Allah on a journey when it began to rain. Upon this he said: He who desires may pray in his dwelling.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ فِي سَفَرٍ فَمُطِرْنَا فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ لِيُصَلِّ مَنْ شَاءَ مِنْكُمْ فِي رَحْلِهِ
