QUICK LESSONS:
Follow the example set by Prophet Muhammad PBUH while praying/supplicating .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains how Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to sit in a state of supplication or prayer. He would place his right hand on his right thigh and left hand on his left thigh while pointing with his forefinger and placing his thumb on the middle finger. He would also cover his knee with the palm of his left hand. This is an example for us to follow when we are in a state of supplicating or praying to Allah SWT as it was done by our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH himself.
