QUICK LESSONS:
Keep your eyes focused on the ground while praying

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad taught us that when we pray, we should keep our eyes focused on the ground and not look up towards the sky. This is because looking up at the sky can cause us to lose our eyesight. We should be mindful of this advice and take care of our vision by avoiding looking up during prayer. Additionally, this hadith teaches us that we should be mindful and respectful when engaging in prayer, as it is a sacred act that requires focus and concentration on Allah's words.
