QUICK LESSONS:
Raise your hand at the beginning of salah ,before bowing down and after coming back up from bowing .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught us how to perform our prayers correctly. He showed us that we should raise our hands when we begin our prayer, before we bow down and after we come back up from bowing. However, he did not raise his hands between two prostrations. This teaches us that there is a specific way to perform prayers and it is important for us to follow it correctly in order for it to be accepted by Allah SWT. We should also remember that prayer is an act of worship and therefore must be done with respect and humility towards Allah SWT.
