QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful when praying; Focus on your relationship with Allah; Appreciate blessings; Reflect on shortcomings; Strive for improvement

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith emphasizes the importance of being mindful and aware during prayer. It is narrated by Abu Huraira that a man who does not know how much he has prayed, has not truly prayed at all. This means that it is important to be conscious and present in prayer, rather than just going through the motions without any thought or feeling behind it. Being mindful during prayer helps us to focus on our relationship with Allah and to be more sincere in our worship. It also helps us to appreciate the blessings we have been given, as well as to reflect on our own shortcomings and strive for improvement.
