Take care for your spouse/family members even when you are not feeling your best or going through difficult times .

This hadith is about 'A'isha washing the head of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) while she was in a state of menstruation. This shows that even during her menstrual cycle, 'A'isha still performed her duties as a wife to take care of her husband's needs.
