QUICK LESSONS:
Follow instructions from Allah while praying ; Take prayers seriously ; Focus on prayers without any distractions .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was instructed by Allah to perform prostration during prayer, which is known as sujud in Arabic. This involves bowing down and touching seven parts of the body with the forehead, nose tip, both hands, both knees and toes of both feet. It is important that one does not tuck up their clothes or hair while performing this act as it can be a distraction from focusing on prayer. This hadith teaches us that we should take our prayers seriously and focus on them without any distractions. We should also remember that Allah has given us instructions for how we should pray so that we can get closer to Him through our worship.
