QUICK LESSONS:
Prostrate with seven bones , Keep yourself neat & tidy while praying , Avoid distractions while praying .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that when we prostrate, we must do so on seven bones. These are the forehead, two hands, two knees and two feet. We must also make sure that our clothes and hair are not tucked up while prostrating. This is because it is important to show respect to Allah when praying by keeping ourselves neat and tidy. It is also important to keep our focus on Allah during prayer by avoiding distractions such as loose clothing or untidy hair.
