Be accurate when you are narrating something; Make sure your narration does not contain any mistakes; Take responsibility for your words; Be honest in your speech; Respect others’ opinions even if they differ from yours; Listen carefully before speaking up; Do not spread false information or rumors which can lead to chaos in society .

This hadith is about what the Messenger of Allah said regarding turmoil or fitnah. It was narrated by Rib'i b. Hirash who heard it from Hudhaifa who was one amongst them when 'Umar asked who would narrate to them what the Prophet said about fitnah. Hudhaifa then recited a hadith that was transmitted by Abu Malik on the authority of Rib'i and he observed in connection with this hadith that Hudhaifa remarked that he was narrating to them a hadith without any mistake and that it was transmitted from he Messenger of Allah himself. This shows us how important it is to be careful when we are narrating something as we should make sure that our narration is accurate and without any mistakes so as not to misguide people or give wrong information which can lead to chaos or confusion in society.
