Be mindful of your heart so you can stay away from callous behavior which can lead to a lack of faith or belief; Strive for faith by being kind-hearted towards others regardless of where you live or come from; Have trustworthiness/belief/faithfulness;

This hadith speaks about the differences between two regions - the east and the west. The Prophet Muhammad observed that faith was more common among people living in the western region known as 'Hijaz', while callousness of heart and sternness were more common among those living in eastern region. This hadith teaches us to be mindful of our hearts so we can stay away from callous behavior which can lead to a lack of faith or belief. It also encourages us to strive for faith by being kind-hearted towards others regardless of where we live or come from.
