QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful of your capabilities and stay within religious limits set by Allah SWT when undertaking a task .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about staying within our limits and not taking on tasks that are too difficult for us. It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik who was a companion of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to be mindful of our capabilities and not to exceed the religious limits set by Allah SWT. Taking on a task that is too difficult for us can lead to failure or even harm ourselves or others around us. We should strive to do what we can but also be aware of our limitations and stay within them so as not to cause any harm or distress in any way.
