Find refuge or shelter from any potential harm or danger during times of affliction.

This hadith speaks about the importance of finding protection during times of affliction. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that during these difficult times, a person who is sitting will be better off than one who is standing, and the standing one will be better off than one who is walking, and the walking one will be better off than a running one. He also warned that whoever exposes themselves to these afflictions will be destroyed by them. Therefore, it is important for us to find refuge or shelter from these afflictions if we can.
