The Value of Regularity in Good Deeds

SUMMARY: Doing good deeds regularly and consistently is the most beloved deed to Allah, even if it is small.

Narrated 'Aisha: Allah's Messenger said, "Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately and know that your deeds will not make you enter Paradise, and that the most beloved deed to Allah is the most regular and constant even if it were little".

QUICK LESSONS:
Do regular and consistent good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that doing good deeds regularly and consistently is the most beloved deed to Allah, even if it is small. We should strive to do our good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately. We should not expect that our good deeds will guarantee us entry into Paradise; rather we should focus on doing them for the sake of pleasing Allah. Moderation in our actions is important as well; we should not overdo or underdo any action but instead find a balance between them.
