Pay attention and take note of what’s around you

This hadith speaks of an incident where Sa'id bin Al-Musaiyab's father saw a tree and was unable to recognize it when he returned to it later. This teaches us that we should be mindful of our surroundings and take note of them, as we may not be able to recognize them again in the future. It also teaches us that forgetting is natural, but we should strive to remember important things in life so that they can stay with us forever. We should also try our best not to forget any important lessons or values that have been taught by Allah or His Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

The lesson here is that even if something seems insignificant at first, it could still be very important for us in the future. We must pay attention and take note of what’s around us so that we don’t miss out on anything valuable or meaningful in life.
