EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the rewards that come from fasting during the month of Ramadan. It is narrated by Abu Hurairah, a companion of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, who said that whoever fasts during this holy month with faith and seeks its reward from Allah will have their past sins forgiven. This teaches us that if we are sincere in our worship and strive to do good deeds, then Allah will forgive us for our mistakes in the past. It also encourages us to take advantage of this blessed time by engaging in acts such as fasting, prayer, charity and reciting Quran so that we can reap its rewards both in this world and hereafter.
