The Prophet's Practice Before Fajr Prayer

SUMMARY: This hadith explains the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) practice of lying down on his right side after performing two Rak'ah before the Fajr prayer.

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the Prophet had performed two Rak'ah before the Fajr prayer, he would lie down on his right side. Al-Bukhari.
عن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ كان النبي إذا صلى ركعتي الفجر، اضطجع على شقه الأيمن‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه البخاري‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
