Place your hand where you feel pain and say "Bismillah" three times; then repeat seven times "A'udhu bi'izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru".

This hadith is about seeking refuge in Allah from any harm or evil that may befall us. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us to place our hand on the area of pain and recite “Bismillah” three times, followed by “A’udhu bi’izzatillahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa uhadhiru” seven times. By doing this, we are asking for protection from Allah against any harm or evil that may come our way. We should always remember to seek refuge in Allah when faced with difficult situations as He is the only one who can protect us from all harm.
