Sunan Ibn Majah 91 (Book) #36993
Predetermined Deeds and Facilitation from Allah

SUMMARY: This hadith explains that a person's deeds are predetermined by Allah and each person is facilitated for what they have been created for.

It was narrated that Suraqah bin Ju'shum said: "I said: 'O Messenger of Allah , is one's deed in that which has already dried of the Pen and what has passed of the Divine Decree, or is it in the future?' He said: 'No, it is in that which he already dried of the Pen and what has passed of the Divine Decree, and each person is facilitated for what he has been created'."

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains the concept of predetermination in Islam. It states that all of our deeds are already predetermined by Allah, meaning that whatever we do has already been decided by Him. Additionally, it also states that each person is facilitated for what they have been created for. This means that everyone has the ability to do whatever they were meant to do in life as long as they put in the effort and work hard towards achieving their goals. The main idea behind this hadith is to remind us of our purpose in life and encourage us to strive towards achieving it with faith and determination.
