The Rewards of Guidance and the Burdens of Error

SUMMARY: Calling to guidance and truth will be rewarded, while calling to error will be punished.

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "No one calls to guidance without having the same reward as those who follow him without diminishing their rewards at all. And no one calls to error without having the same burdens as they do without diminishing their burdens at all".

QUICK LESSONS:
Call people towards guidance & truth , Do good deeds , Spread goodness around you .
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the rewards and punishments for those who call people to either guidance or error. It teaches us that when we call people towards good deeds and away from bad deeds we will be rewarded for it in the afterlife. Similarly if someone calls others towards bad deeds they will face punishment in the afterlife. This hadith encourages us to do good deeds and spread goodness around us so that we can receive rewards from Allah in return. It also warns us against doing wrong things or encouraging others to do wrong things as this would lead to punishment instead of reward.
