QUICK LESSONS:
Practice self control even when feeling angry or frustrated .
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith by Prophet Muhammad ﷺ teaches us that true strength does not come from physical prowess or wrestling, but rather from being able to control oneself when faced with anger and rage. It is easy to become overwhelmed by our emotions and lash out at others, but this hadith reminds us that it takes real strength to remain calm and collected even when we are feeling angry or frustrated. We should strive to practice self-control so that we can be better people and better Muslims.
