Respond quickly when hearing a call for prayer .

This hadith highlights the importance of responding quickly when one hears the call for prayer. Abdullah ibn Umar was in Baqi when he heard the iqama and immediately increased his pace in order to get to the mosque on time. This shows us that we should not delay or procrastinate when it comes to fulfilling our religious obligations such as prayer, but rather we should act with haste and urgency so as not miss out on any blessings associated with it. Furthermore, this hadith also teaches us about being punctual and mindful of our duties towards Allah SWT at all times.
